At what time are there check-in and check-out?

Our rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

If you arrive early and your room is not available yet, we will offer you the use of our luggage storage.

What is the schedule of the Reception?

The Reception is open 24 hours a day in order to provide you information, to book for you museums, restaurants, taxis, and rent cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

Our Staff speaks fluently English and Spanish.

Are prices intended per room or per person?

Our prices are intended per room.

Is breakfast included in price and what type of breakfast is served?

Our breakfast is an international buffet and is included in price.
It is served from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and until 11:00 on public holidays.

Is there a parking available?
Yes, a few meters from the Bio Hotel Palermo is available a garage open 24 hours a day with valet service directly to the hotel.

The daily rate is about € 18,00 per night.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes must be notified, by e-mail or fax, within 2 days from your arrival date. For cancellations or changes notified after this deadline you will be charged the first night. For no-showing of the client, you will be charged the total amount. In case of bookings made through direct booking portals or travel agencies, cancellations must be notified directly to these intermediaries.

Is it possible to book tickets for museums and events by the Bio Hotel Palermo?

Yes, our Concierge will be happy to assist you in booking tickets, or to satisfy other demands like that.
